Anna Caldwell is a sound healer and Kundalini yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, based in Mallorca. She is devoted to the exploration of human consciousness through sacred sound, breath and mantra, passionate that vibration can be one of the most direct pathways we have back to ourselves. Drawing on the traditions of Bhakti and Kundalini, her work holds space for people to move through the noise of everyday life and reconnect with their own inner radiance.
