  • Awakening Yoga with Lleo & Siau

    The Awakening Yoga Series is a fluid, accessible practice created by Lleo and Siau. It blends mindful movement, breath, and presence in a simple, modern format. Designed for all bodies, it supports mobility, focus, and emotional balance. 

    The series offers a grounding 60‑minute sequence adaptable to daily life. Breath‑led transitions and Pranayama deepen awareness and calm the mind. It is a gentle pathway to clarity, alignment, and reconnection — anywhere, anytime.

    Lleo & Siau’s classes are in English, with Spanish as needed. 

  • Vinyasa with Barbara

    10 AM MONDAY 

    Listen. Move. Reconnect.

    Barbara is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher focused on the conscious connection between body, breath and mind. Her classes offer a space to return to yourself, let go of external noise and cultivate presence through fluid movement and inner awareness.

    Through dynamic and accessible sequences, she invites you to explore your body with attention and respect, developing strength, flexibility, and above all, a deeper connection with yourself.

    Each practice is an opportunity to reconnect, feel, and fully inhabit the present moment.

    Barbara’s classes are in English, with Spanish and Mallorquí as needed. She is also available for private classes.

    Yoga Nidra with Niamh

    6 PM MONDAY & FRIDAY

    Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice designed to guide you into a state of conscious relaxation. Niamh’s classes incorporate breathwork, a full body scan, and long shivasana to calm the nervous system and restore balance. Perfect for those seeking deep rest and stress relief, Yoga Nidra helps you achieve profound relaxation and mental clarity.

    Niamh is the founder of Mountain Wellness Yoga & More, and a certified psychotherapist, yoga teacher, life coach, and breathwork facilitator.

    Niamh’s classes are in English.

  • Vinyasa Yoga teacher

    Vinyasa with Lauren

    10 AM WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY

    Born and raised in Italy, and based in Mallorca for the past decade, Lauren holds a 500-hour certification in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga. 

    Her classes offer dynamic yet mindful flows that encourage a deeper connection to the body and breath. Each practice is completed with guided meditation, pranayama, and the soothing vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl. 

    The integration of movement, breath, and sound creates a grounding, holistic experience that leaves students feeling centred, restored, and deeply balanced.

    Lauren’s classes are English, with Spanish, Italian and German as needed. 

  • Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior with Marina

    10 AM TUESDAY 

    The Spiritual Warrior class from Jivamukti Yoga is a one-hour, dynamic and invigorating practice that offers a complete and balanced yoga journey, both energising and deeply grounding.

    It follows a fixed Vinyasa sequence, creating a fluid, continuous flow that links breath and movement. As the sequence remains the same, students can quickly become familiar with the practice, allowing for a more meditative and immersive experience.

    The class is led by Marina, who was born and raised in Mallorca and received her teacher training in India.

    This class is a full practice that includes warm-up, chanting, intention setting, sun salutations, standing postures, backbends, forward folds, twists, inversions, meditation, relaxation, and hands-on assists.

    While some yoga experience can be helpful, this class is adaptable to all levels and offers variations to support each practitioner.

    Marina’s classes are in English, with Spanish as needed. 

  • Rocket Yoga with Xiaomie

    10 AM THURSDAY 

    Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, physically challenging practice rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa, with the freedom to explore creative sequencing. Through fluid, energising movement, the class builds heat and becomes a moving meditation, developing strength, balance, focus, and a deep sense of both energy and calm.

    Taught by Xiaomie, who was born in China and raised in Mallorca, with a background in competitive rhythmic gymnastics, ballet, capoeira, and breakdance, the practice blends discipline with awareness and intensity with sensitivity. After discovering Ashtanga in 2020, her approach shifted from performance to presence, something that now shapes every class.

    Trained in Rocket Yoga in Madrid with David Cabezas and Babi Yoga (YACEP), and continuing her Ashtanga studies with Natalia Paisano at Mysore House Mallorca, Xiaomie guides students through strong postures, dynamic transitions, and longer holds, encouraging them to explore their edge while staying connected to breath and body.

    Xiaomie’s classes are in English, with Spanish and Mallorquí as needed.

  • Breathwork with Re-Set & Re-Born & Niamh

    7 PM Friday

    A weekly, 75-minute guided breathwork experience led by facilitators Luca of Re-Set & Re-Born and Niamh. The class combines conscious breathing techniques with immersive audio delivered through headphones.

    Each session blends breathwork, sound, and voice guidance to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring body and mind into a state of clarity, balance, and presence. It offers a powerful pathway for transformation, helping participants access and release unresolved emotions through deep, conscious breathing.

    Luca and Niamh are both certified breathwork facilitators. Luca is the founder of Re-Set & Re-Born, a Mallorca-based practice offering refined, immersive experiences that support nervous system regulation, recovery, and conscious living. Niamh is the founder of Mountain Wellness Yoga & More, and a certified psychotherapist, yoga teacher, life coach, and breathwork facilitator.

    This class is in English, with Spanish and Italian as needed. 

    Luca and Niamh are also available for private sessions.
