Hatha Vinyasa with Jule

Jule’s Vinyasa classes flow with creative sequences that link movement and breath. Blending elements of Hatha and Yin Yoga, her sessions cater to all levels, offering both challenge and relaxation. The focus is on mindfulness, helping you reconnect with your body, cam your mind, and embrace the present moment through dynamic, flowing movements.
Jule’s classes are in English, with Spanish, Catalan and German as needed.

Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style with Lleo
5 PM MONDAY
Mysore-style yoga is a self-paced Ashtanga practice. You follow the set sequence from memory at your own rhythm, while a teacher gives personal guidance and adjustments as needed. It’s quiet, focused, and tailored to your level—like a one-on-one class inside a group.
Mysore with Lleo is open to all levels—but it requires commitment and consistency.
Lleo began practising yoga 25 years ago. He is authorised to teach by one of the world's leading schools—the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India, where he spent five years studying all branches of yoga: asana, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, Ayurveda, and anatomy.
For the past 15 years, he’s taught daily in his own yoga centres, gaining deep knowledge through hands-on experience with practitioners of all ages and physical conditions. His refined expertise allows him to tailor each practice, addressing a variety of ailments and offering a safe, precise, and therapeutic method for students of every level.
Each of his sessions is a sublime journey, weaving together mindful movement, deep awareness, and healing sound into one harmonious experience.

Jivamukti with Lily

Lily teaches Jivamukti Yoga, a dynamic practice that combines vigorous Vinyasa sequences with meditation, chanting, and deep relaxation. Rooted in the teachings of Sharon Gannon and David Life, Jivamukti emphasizes a holistic approach to yoga, connecting mind, body, and spirit. It’s ideal for those seeking both a physical challenge and spiritual nourishment.

Dr. Suset Laboy Pérez is a certified yoga instructor, Master Life Coach, and hypnotist. Her classes blend alignment-based movement, somatics, and deep presence—inviting students to soften, strengthen, and tether back to SELF.

Healing Yoga with Lleo
10 AM THURSDAY
This yoga class is designed for all levels of experience and focuses on gentle movement, mindful breathing, and stress reduction. The session includes soft, flowing exercises to enhance mobility and ease tension in the body.
We finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation, accompanied by healing vibrations from various instruments, such as singing bowls and chimes, to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
Lleo frequently delivers classes with his partner Siau.

Kundalini & Sound Healing with Birjiwan
11 AM SATURDAY
A weekly class weaving together kundalini yoga and live sound healing to support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.
With a trauma-informed and feminine-centred approach, Birjiwan honours the roots of the kundalini lineage while crafting fluid, somatic practices that bring people back into their bodies. Her particular gift of voice creates a soothing soundscape that invites stillness, helping students alchemise resistance and connect to the subtle.
Each class is thoughtfully attuned to the present moment, responding to collective themes, emotional undercurrents, and astrological shifts – to offer a space of clarity, coherence, and grounding.
With over 15 years of devoted practice, Birjiwan teaches internationally and online, and is the voice and mind behind Sunniai, a project exploring the healing power of sound.

Siau and Leo frequently work together to deliver classes.
Siau Yoga's journey is rooted in authenticity, dedication, and a profound love for inner transformation. What began as personal exploration has grown into a shared path of healing, connection, and conscious living. With each session, we honour tradition, embrace intuition, and create space for meaningful change. She is authorised to teach by the Sharath Jois Institute in Mysore, India-one of the most respected yoga schools in the world—where she cultivated a deep understanding of traditional practice and philosophy.
Beyond yoga, she is passionate about the energy and power of crystals, a fascination that led her to create her own jewellery brand. Her curiosity also extends to intuitive techniques, constantly exploring the limits of human potential and seeking new ways to move beyond conventional boundaries.
