A Practical Introduction to Bach Flower Remedies Workshop with Isabelle Schjelderup

Gentle Support for Challenging Times – A Practical Introduction to Bach Flower Remedies

Life brings waves – and sometimes, we all need a little help to stay afloat.

In this evening workshop, holistic therapist Isabelle Schjelderup will introduce you to Dr Bach’s Flower Remedies – a gentle, nature-based system for emotional balance and inner support, developed in the 1930s by British physician Dr Edward Bach.

You’ll learn how specific remedies can help with stress, worry, insecurity, irritability, burnout and more – and how they can be used as simple, practical tools for clarity and resilience in everyday life.

We’ll explore ten of the most widely used remedies in Europe – including the world-renowned Rescue Remedy, used by millions around the globe as a go-to support in times of crisis and overwhelm.

Now available in over 70 countries and used by people from all walks of life, the continued global presence of Bach remedies speaks to their lasting effectiveness and gentle power.
