Hatha with Andrea

Originally from Italy, Andrea completed his teacher training at Rishikesh Yog Peeth School in Rishikesh, India. After becoming a father, he also completed formal Kids Yoga training with Rainbow Yoga School. He teaches traditional Hatha Yoga, a grounding, breath-centered practice that focuses on aligning the body and calming the mind. His classes are steady and intentional, encouraging students to slow down, build awareness, and connect inward – making them accessible and enriching for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Andrea’s classes are in English, with Italian and Spanish as needed.

Kundalini & Sound Healing with Birjiwan
11 AM SATURDAY
A weekly class weaving together kundalini yoga and live sound healing to support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and deep inner connection.
With a trauma-informed and feminine-centred approach, Birjiwan honours the roots of the kundalini lineage while crafting fluid, somatic practices that bring people back into their bodies. Her particular gift of voice creates a soothing soundscape that invites stillness, helping students alchemise resistance and connect to the subtle.
Each class is thoughtfully attuned to the present moment, responding to collective themes, emotional undercurrents, and astrological shifts – to offer a space of clarity, coherence, and grounding.
With over 15 years of devoted practice, Birjiwan teaches internationally and online, and is the voice and mind behind Sunniai, a project exploring the healing power of sound.
