Dr. Suset Laboy Pérez is a certified yoga instructor, Master Life Coach, and hypnotist. Her classes blend alignment-based movement, somatics, and deep presence—inviting students to soften, strengthen, and tether back to SELF.

Integral Yoga with Carina
10 AM MONDAY AND FRIDAY
Carina is a certified teacher of Integral Yoga, also known as Purna Yoga. Her classes integrate the six branches of traditional yoga practice: Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, and Japa Yoga, combining physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, chanting, and deep relaxation. Integral Yoga helps with stress relief, improved flexibility and strength and enhanced clarity, inner peace and well-being. Carina is also a children’s yoga instructor.
